Myntra provides very easy refund facility. If you ordered something from Myntra but due to any reason you want to return that product and want a refund on its place then it will not take more than 10 days to provide a refund of your order. If you have made payment through credit card or debit card and cancel the order or find you have received the wrong item or defective item, you are entitled to refund. Refund is usually processed through the same route through which you have made payment. But if you made payment by COD then they will ask the details of the bank in which you want a refund. Expect Myntra to take anywhere from a week to 10 days for refund, depending on your case. If you make payment through wallet then money will be sent to your wallet and you have to contact them to transfer it to your bank account.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel it, it can be cancelled before Myntra packs it for shipment. Your refund, in that case, will be processed quickly through the same channel through which you made a payment, e.g. wallet or card. If you have received the ordered item but find it defective or otherwise unacceptable you will have to inform Myntra. A delivery agent will check the item and if your claim is passed the agent will initiate the refund process. In some cases, you have to return the product along with all original tags and packaging. It will be checked by Myntra staff and if your claim is valid a refund will be initiated. Expect refund in a week or two, depending on your case.
Some PIN codes are eligible for instant refunds. Initiate a request and their agent arrives at your doorstep, checks the product and if the claim is valid, initiates an instant refund. Some products are excluded so read Myntra policy with care. In general, NEFT refunds take about 3 days after refind initiation. The online refund takes a maximum of 10 days once the process starts. If you pay by PhonePe it takes 1 day to process a request for refund.
