How to cancel order on Myntra

To know how to cancel order on Myntra easily, follow these steps-

1.  Click on My orders section which you can see under the main menu.

2.  Now you can see all the products you have ordered. Select the product you want to cancel.

3.  Click on the cancel order option

4.  After clicking the cancel order. Myntra will ask you the reason for canceling your order. You can select the reason which is more relevant to you. you can also give additional remarks.

5.  Click confirm option.

6. Your order is successfully canceled.

But in Myntra you can cancel the order only before it moved to "Shipped Status. If it got shipped then you will not be able to cancel order on Myntra and you have to receive that order. If you order that product at Cash on Delivery option, then also you can not refuse to take the order at your doorstep, the delivery boy will ask you to take the product and to raise a return request to return that product. So after receiving the order you can raise a return request to return that order and can get a refund for that order in return.

But if the order is a paid order then you have to call the customer care support and ask them to cancel that order. They will cancel the order and will mark the order as RTO and once the product will be received at the warehouse, they will process your refund.
