How to file SAFE-T Claim on Amazon?

SAFE-T claim is insurance for sellers under which the sellers who have opt for Easy ship can file a claim on Amazon.in for losses incurred to their products during in-transit or customer damaged returns. For filing SAFE-T Claim follow these steps-

1. Log in to your Amazon Seller Central account.

2. Select Manage SAFT-T claims.  

3. Now click on File a new SAFT-T  claim button on the top-right side.

4. Now check claim eligibility by entering the order id or by scanning the RMA ID

5. If you are eligible then you can claim by selecting the reason code according to your damage and the attach required documents and describing your issues.
