So whenever you order something from Jabong and you are unsatisfied with the product you can easily return the order and get a refund on that order. Jabong provides easy return and replacement option to the buyer.

·         To return the product on Jabong follow the steps below-

·         Log in to your Jabong account.

·         Select My Orders option

·         Click on Order Details, on the order you want to return

·         Then Click on Return and place a Return request against the order you want to return.

Once you placed a return request, the delivery executive will pick up the returned item within 5 days. The refund of that return will be initiated within 48 hours after the product has reached the warehouse and the quality check of the product is done. It usually takes 7 days.

Mode of refund would be the same as chosen by you while placing the return request. If you choose COD option then you will be asked to enter your bank details on which you want a refund.

The same is applicable for wallet system, credit card, debit card mode of payments. However, the cash on delivery orders will need the account details for refund. If you have paid using the gift vouchers and the refund will be done in the form of Jabong vouchers itself.
