I am writing the pros and cons of traveling using Ola bike in India.

Pros of using Ola bike and Rapido In India.

Cheaper - Traveling in Ola bike is cheaper if you compare them with traveling in a cab. You pay approx 40 % less fare if you travel in Ola bike instead of Ola cab.

Lesser traffic- Due to the smaller size of the bike, you will face less traffic. Which will save your time.

Quick rides- You will reach your destination in lesser time by using Ola bikes.

Cons of using Ola bikes in India.

Safety- It is not that safe to travel on a bike on a congested road. If we compare ola cab and ola bike then Ola cab is safer then Ola bike.

Temperature- Sometimes you have to face bad weather conditions.

Ola is safer the uber because Ola has a 24 X 7 customer support system. Ola also has an emergency SOS button.SOS button is a feature that is launched by Ola. You can press the SOS button in the case of an emergency which will automatically call your emergency contact or nearest police control room.

Uber does have this type of feature but uber allows you to share your trip with your contact but don't have an emergency number.

But according to me, Ola is safer than Uber.

 There are two reasons for doing this

The First reason is ola autos charge fares according to the kilometers you are traveling but local normal auto drivers ask the amount according to their localize fixed rate

And Second reason is Ola is trying to make their customers habitual of using their services. So Ola charges a lesser amount than normal autos because people will prefer Ola autos when their rates are lesser than normal autos. This stagey of making customers habitual of using their services is followed by many big companies.

For attaching your bike with OLA  follow these steps -

•    Visit partners.olacabs.com.

•   Now log in.

•  Slide your page down and there you will find Add with us options with Auto and Bike.

•  Select Bike and then fill your mobile number and area.

 After submitting this form ola will contact you within 3 days.

Ola accepts all type of payment options which includes
• OLA Money
• Cash
• Credit / debit card
• Net Banking
• Other wallets (phone pe, PayTM, etc.)

Here are the reasons behind uber and ola are not providing offers and discounts now -
1. The high demand for ola and uber cabs.
2.companies in their initial stage give a good amount of offers and discounts to accomplish their business and to earn their customer's trust.
3. The Cab companies are facing losses due to various petrol price hike and a tax deduction to drivers.

If you have left something in your cab during your ride, then to retrieve your item follow these steps

1. Open the menu button from the ola cab main screen.
2. Tap on 'Your Rides' and then select the ride were you left your order.
3. Now select 'Call me'

The cab driver will contact you after completing these steps. You can coordinate with the cab driver regarding your product and place where you will meet the driver to get your lost item back.
