Where can I complain against Jabong?

If you are buying on Jabong and wish to make a complaint as a buyer then you can file email complaint at care@jabong.com or support.jabong.com site where you can fill in the form. You can also phone them on 0124-612-8000. If your issue is not resolved you may have to consider taking the matter to consumer courts.

If you are a seller and wish to complain you will have an access number at Jabong to call or you can use the dashboard. Buying customers can email care@jabong.com or phone 1800 258 5555 which is a toll-free number. If nothing works you will have to take matters to consumer forum and then issue legal notice.
